Tentacle cake :)

Yes, nothing really new but I still love them!

It is a coffee brownie (with a lot of dark choclate!). I think the simplest cakes are often the best. Brown sugar, eggs, butter, dark chocolate, wheat, vanilla... and coffee! Alone the smell of dough with this mix of dark chocolate and coffee is great (and yes, I tasted it, no matter if there are raw eggs in it, how could I not...?).

The tentacles are made out of marzipan with a lot of powdered sugar in it and the stuff on top is hazelnut brittle.

And finally: tentacles again! ^^
